Perforated Sleeves
Perforated sleeves are used in order to carry out expansion-free fixing in hollow chamber stonework such as masonry bricks, cellular concrete, perforated bricks etc. These perforated sleeves position the composite mortal exactly in the place where there must be adhesion for anchoring threaded parts or internal threaded sleeves.
After cleaning dust etc. from the drill hole the perfo sleeve is placed in the drill hole. Then come the composite mortar. Threaded parts or internal threaded sleeves are then screwed slowly with a turning movement (as for screws) into the perfo sleeves. See chart for dimensions.
Scope of Applications:
For expansion-free adhesion of threaded rods, anchoring rods etc. in masonry of perforated bricks, hollow bricks, cellular concrete. Suitable for handrails, steps, window bars, machines, connecting elements, awnings, fountains, monuments etc.
