2C-PUR Assembly Foam
▲ 2C-PUR Assembly Foam in conformity with DIN 13501-1 Fire Clasee E*
High quality 2-component PUR foam with new safety valve especially for doorframes and window elements. No moistening of substrate. Fast hardening. No dwell pressure. Expansion time 30 min., fully load-bearing after one hour.
Yield of 400ml can: ca. 9 l (ca. 2 doorframes). Joint sound absorption: 58 dB. As cleaner we recommend ferax®-PUR Cleaner 500ml, article No. 100 200 500. Hardened PUR foam is only removed mechanically. Activation of the hardener is by means of a rotary disc at the floor of the can. Storage in original pack: 21 months

2C-PUR Fast Frame Foam
2C-PUR Fast Frame Foam without propellant gas in conformity with DIN 13501-1 Fire Class E*
Extremely fast, propellant-free 2C-PUR frame foam especially for doorframes and window elements and for filling and insulation.
A special gun is needed for the work (see Accessories, Article No. 100999022). CFC-free. Free from formaldehyde and PCB. Fast-curing (at 20°C). No dwell pressure. No moistening of brickwork. Can be cut after 3 – 5 min. Fully load-bearing after 20 minutes.
Yield from 210ml cartridge: ca. 5.5 l.
As cleaner we recommend ferax®-PUR Cleaner 500ml, article No. 100 200 500. Hardened PUR foam is only removed mechanically.
